We always try to be flexible for all schedules and will do our best to accommodate you. That said, we recommend booking at least 4 weeks in advance to ensure we can give your project the full attention it deserves. For weddings and large events, earlier is always better.
Every project is quoted individually based on scope, deliverables, and timeline. We offer structured packages for portraits, weddings, and brand reels as well as fully custom scopes. Contact us for a no-obligation conversation. There is no pressure, just clarity.
Absolutely. We are based in Toronto but regularly work across North America and internationally for the right projects. Travel costs are discussed transparently during quoting. No surprises.
Yes, and we love it when clients do. Some arrive with detailed briefs and reference boards. Others trust us to lead entirely. Most land somewhere in between: a conversation that shapes something neither of us could have reached alone. Both modes are fully welcome.
All clients receive full commercial usage rights for every deliverable. North Point House may retain the right to display work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed. Exclusive licensing arrangements can be made and will be outlined clearly in your contract.
